1. The floor grinder suddenly stopped running.

2. The grinding disc is uneven

An uneven grinding disc will cause the machine to vibrate violently during operation, and the grinding surface will also be uneven. The cause of this phenomenon is that the screw connecting the grinding plate to the top is loose. The solution is to adjust the grinding plate locking screw and change the grinding plate height so that the distance from each grinding plate to the bottom of the gearbox is the same.

3. Grinding machine bearing damage

Damage to the grinder bearings will cause the machine to be noisy, the output shaft to vibrate, and the entire gearbox to vibrate. The main reason is that the gear oil is not replaced on time, resulting in the aging of the bearings, the grinding disc is not leveled when the machine is running, and the bearings are overloaded and damaged when the machine itself is not running. When a bearing is damaged, the only solution is to open the gearbox, check which part of the bearing is damaged, and then replace it.
