For floor grinding construction, the role of machinery is essential. For floor grinding, the use of floor grinding machines is essential. The faults of the grinding machine during construction will not only affect the progress of the whole project but also affect the quality and overall effect of the floor.
Therefore, as construction personnel, we must understand the common faults and solutions of floor grinding machines in construction.
1. grinder suddenly stopped running halfway.
In this case, firstly, check whether the power supply and the machine wire interface are normal. If the power is normal, you need to check whether the motor is intact and whether it is burnt out.
If these are normal conditions, but it still cannot run, then you need to check whether it is because the wire is too long or the power cord is too thin, resulting in insufficient voltage and unable to drive the machine to run.
2. grinding disc is uneven
The uneven grinding disc will cause the grinding machine to shake violently during operation, and the grinding ground will also be uneven. The reason for this phenomenon is that the grinding disc is connected to the above with screws, and the screws loosened during use.
The solution is to adjust the fixing screw lock of the grinding disc to change the height of the grinding disc. Make the distance from any three points to the bottom of the gearbox consistent for each grinding disc.
3. rubber pad is aged or damaged
The floor grinder in operation has a violent shaking phenomenon, which is because the grinder hits hard objects (such as steel bars) when working, Causing the rubber pad to be damaged or deformed. Another reason is that the long-term use makes the rubber pad made of plastic appear to be oxidized and have no elasticity.
Therefore, a new rubber pad needs to be replaced. Under normal circumstances, rubber pads are changed once a year.
4. axle level is incorrect
The height of abrasives of different brands and models is inconsistent, and the friction between different ground and abrasives is inconsistent will change the balance point of the grinder.
At this time, it is necessary to adjust the height of the axle and change the balance point of the grinder.
5. grinder bearing damage
Bearing damage in the grinder will cause a loud noise, shaking of the output shaft, and shaking of the entire gearbox.
The main reason is that the gear oil is not replaced on time, resulting in aging of the bearing, or when the machine is running, the grinding disc is not leveled, and the bearing is damaged due to overload operation when the machine itself is uneven for a long time.
When the bearing is damaged, there is only one solution, which is to open the gearbox to check which bearing is damaged, and then replace it.
